Parents share soldier’s request from Iraq

Mary and Ervin Mooney, parents of William Mooney, are asking the public to send needed items to troops in Iraq.
Their son, who is with the 4th U.S. Cavalry, specifically requested the following items:
• Paint brushes No. 2
• Old T-shirts
• Q-tips
• White pipe cleaners
• And toothbrushes, all to be used to clean weapons.
Other items needed according to the Mooneys are:
• Baby wipes
• Black pens
• Personal hygiene items such as Shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste and toothbrushes, shaving soap and bathing soap
• Playing cards
• Phone cards
• Candy
