Dr. and Mrs. Ray Edward Myatt of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Natalie Marie to Lt. Thomas Paul Gower, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Perry Gower of Meridian.

The wedding will be held Saturday, Feb. 10, 2007, at 6 p.m., at Central United Methodist Church.

Miss Myatt is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Wayne Sterling and Mrs. John Walton Myatt all of Purvis and the late Mr. Myatt.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Lamar High School and received a bachelor’s degree in interior design graduating magna cum laude from The Savannah College of Art and Design.

While attending SCAD, she was a member of Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society and a student member of The American Society of Interior Designers.

Lt. Gower is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dave Newton Thomas and the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Perry Gower Sr., all of Meridian.

The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Clarkdale High School and received a bachelor’s degree in American legal studies from The U. S. Military Academy at Westpoint.

While attending Westpoint, he was a member of the Army Football Team Filming Crew and he was a dean’s list scholar his senior year.

Lt. Gower is employed by the U.S. Army and is stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.
