Rado McDaniel

Self-employed dairy farmer



PHILADELPHIA — Services for Rado McDaniel will be held today at 2 p.m. at Herbert Baptist Church with the Revs. Phillip Gandy and Jackie Strebeck officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with McClain-Hays Funeral Service Inc. in charge of arrangements.

Mr. McDaniel, 81, of Philadelphia, died Saturday, Aug. 26, 2006, at Neshoba County General Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Sue McDaniel in 1992.



Thomas Coleman Finley



YORK, Ala. — Services for Thomas Coleman Finley will be held today at 3 p.m. at Pleasant Ridge Presbyterian Church in the Clinton Community with the Rev. Rod Curry officiating.

Mr. Finley, 77, of York, died Saturday, Aug. 26, 2006, in the Sumter County Nursing Home.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Owens Finley of York; daughters, Betty Mullin and her husband, Michael, of New Orleans, Carol Hopkins and her husband, Ollie, of Frisco, Texas, Civille O. Catlett of Blunstown, Fla., and Suzanne Gallanger and her husband, Tucker, of College Station, Texas; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert Finley of Eutaw; sisters, Aline Williams of Eutaw and Norma Silver of Fredricksburg, Texas.

He was preceded in death by a son, Thomas C. Finley Jr.

Dennis Sciple



MACON — Services for Dennis Sciple will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Kellis Store Cemetery with Cockrell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Sciple, 79, died Sunday, Aug. 27, 2006, at Noxubee General Hospital.

Visitation will be held today from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.



Oscar Euel Fleming



Services for Oscar Euel Fleming will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Mr. Fleming, 84, of Meridian, died Sunday, Aug. 27, 2006, at Poplar Springs Nursing Center.

Visitation will be held today from 5 p.m.-8 p.m.



Lettie Sanders



Services for Lettie Sanders will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home chapel.

Mrs. Sanders, 61, of Meridian, died Sunday, Aug. 27, 2006, at Guardian Angel Hospice.

Visitation will be held today from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.



Mamie H. Woodfin



Services for Mamie H. Woodfin will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Cockrell Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in Mashulaville Cemetery.

Mrs. Woodfin, 92, of Starkville, died Sunday, Aug. 27, 2006, at her home.

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2 p.m.-3 p.m. at the funeral home.



Charlie Amos

Retired from Spartus Corp.



PHILADELPHIA — Services for Charlie Amos will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Bogue Chitto Baptist Church with the Rev. Doby Henry officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with John E. Stephens Chapel in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Amos, 72, of Choctaw, died Saturday, Aug. 26, 2006, at Choctaw Residential Center.

Survivors include one grandchild.

Visitation will be held today at 10 a.m. at the home of Fannie Tubby, 290 Bogue Chitto Circle.



James Rudolph Laird
