Meridian Police Department



The Meridian Police Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m. Saturday and 4 p.m. Sunday.



• Malicious mischief — John T. Neal, Jr., age and address unavailable.

• Contempt of court — Wesley Mullinex, age and address unavailable.

• DUI — Glen Dale Burks II, 26, 6537 North Hills St. Burks was also charged with driving without a license and with an expired drivers’ license.

• Contempt of court — William A. Carlise, 31, 13079 Rocky Ridge Road, Collinsville. Carlise was also charged with speeding and driving with a suspended license for failure to appear in court.

• Contempt of court — Donna Vaughn, 30, 100 Kirkland St., Union.



Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department



The Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the following suspected non-traffic violations between 4 p.m. Saturday and 4 p.m. Sunday.



• Disorderly conduct — Gregory V. Husband, 51, 578 Circle 1411, Pachuta. Husband was also charged with a seat belt violation, driving with suspended license, disobeying a controlled traffic device and DUI, first offense.

• DUI (first offense) — Julio Sanchez, 23, 3742 37th Ave., Tuscaloosa, Ala. Sanchez was also charged with disobeying a controlled traffic device and driving without a license.

• DUI (first offense) — Tommy L. Reed, 20, 1112 Hargrove Rd., Tuscaloosa, Ala. Reed was also charged with not having proof of insurance.

• Motor vehicle accident — Highway 45 (Clarkdale).

• Fire — Valley Road (South).

• Fire — Dalewood (Lauderdale).

• Emergency medical service — Butts Road (Toomsuba).

Metro Ambulance made 31 runs between 7 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. Sunday.
