The Centerhill-Obadiah 4-H club met on March 8, at the Centerhill Community Club house. President Justin Lucky called the meeting to order, Drew Phillips led the club in The Pledge of Allegiance and Brittany James gave the devotion. Secretary Summer Lucky called the roll and read the minutes of last month’s meeting.

Drew Phillips gave a report on the February Council meeting, and Justin Lucky gave an update on the condition of the club leader, Gloria Hughes.

Old business included the upcoming Lauderdale County Relay For Life Fund raiser and the 4-H Legislative tour. New business included the annual Share the Fun Talent Show which will be held April 6 and upcoming County Contests in which local 4-H’ers might participate.

Drew Phillips introduced Brittany James and Hannah Chisolm who presented the March program. Brittany presented a program on Tai Kwan Do Techniques, and Hannah gave her program on how to check your pulse or heart rate. After the programs were finished, Brittany James adjourned the meeting. Everyone enjoyed refreshments, which were provided by the Community Development Club.
