Elnora Dolores Geoghagan
Graveside services for Elnora Dolores Geoghagan will be held today at 11 a.m. at Collinsville Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Hal Bates officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Geoghagan, 64, of Meridian, died Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2006, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include her sons, Robert Crenshaw of Collinsville and Jason Coleman of Belzoni; a sister, Alene Goldstein of St. Petersburg Beach, Fla.; a brother, Perry Whitten of Nashville; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rosemary Lynn Anderson.
Mildred Louise McIlwain
GILBERTOWN, Ala. — Services for Mildred Louise McIlwain will be held today at 11 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Clovis Lewis and Lester Pope officiating. Burial will be in Barrytown Cemetery.
Ms. McIlwain, 71, of Silas, died Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2006, at Wayne County General Hospital in Waynesboro.
Survivors include her sons, Jerone McIlwain, James Widener and William Tanner; a daughter, Barbara Widener; one brother; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Visitation will be today from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

PHILADELPHIA — Graveside services for Billy Tom Townsend will be held today at 2 p.m. at Fellowship Cemetery with the Rev. Tony Wilson officiating. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Townsend, 71, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2006, in his home.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah Townsend; a daughter, Barbara Frost; step-daughter, Michelle Stringer; sons, Bruce Townsend and William Townsend; two sisters, one brother; 10 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Doris E. Compton
LAUREL — Services for Doris E. Compton will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with the Revs. Dr. Cary Kimbrell and Jimmy Sanders officiating. Burial will be in Myrick Cemetery in Jones County.
Mrs. Compton, 79, of Laurel, died Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2006, at Hospice in His Hands in Carthage.
She was a dietitian for King’s Daughters and Sons Nursing Home in Meridian and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Laurel.
Survivors include her sons, Ronnie C. Compton and his wife, Louise, and Brian C. and Debbie Compton, all of Laurel, Butch Compton and his wife, Shirley, of Sebastopol; grandchildren, Michelle Templeton and her husband, Jeremy, Sammy C. Compton and his wife, Heather, Corey Compton and his wife, Dawn, Slade Compton and his wife Leigh; great-grandchildren, Abby Compton, Carter Templeton and McCoy Compton; a brother, Larry Taylor of Meridian and a sister, Hazel Thomas of Meridian.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie E. Compton; infant daughters, Beverly Compton and Deborah Compton and a sister, Eloise Fontanie.
Pallbearers will be Sammy Compton, Corey Compton, Slade Compton, Jeremy Templeton, Jim Kibe and Church Hodges.
Visitation will be today from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Services for Pauline Fontan Rowell will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Meadows officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Rowell, 90, of Meridian, died Sunday, Jan. 29, 2006, at Carrington Nursing Center in Starkville. She was a retired hostess from Weidmann’s Restaurant.
Survivors include her daughter, Carol Ann Young of Georgia; one granddaughter and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Rowell; a granddaughter, Vikki Brewer; her parents, Evie and Mike Fontan.
Visitation will be Friday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Todd, 95, of St. Cloud, Fla., died Monday, Jan. 30, 2006, in her home.
Survivors include her daughters, Ida Oglesby, Bonnie Hammett and Helen Harris; sons, Billy Todd, David Todd and J.K. Todd; 23 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
