Ross, Mayatt





Lisa Mayatt and Benjamin Ross, both of Hattiesburg, were married on Saturday, May 23, 2009, at Westminster Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Steve Ramp officiating.

Parents of the couple are Mike and Yvonne Mayatt of Collinsville and Eric and Dian Ross of Diamondhead.

Grandparents of the bride are Juanita Mayatt and the late Fred Mayatt.

Grandparents of the bridegroom are Lewis and Marian Ross.

Music for the ceremony was provided by Eric Ross.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Maid of honor was Rachel Smith of Purvis. Other attendants were Katie Johnson of Meridian and Jennifer Urbina, both of Meridian; Amanda Hilbun of Lucedale; and Stephanie Koury and Katie Harrington, both of Hattiesburg.

Sydney Urbina of Meridian was flower girl.

Austin Russell of Pensacola, Fla. was best man. Groomsmen were Drew Smith of Purvis; Aarom Redd of Hattiesburg; Cody Harvison of Birmingham, Ala.; Josh Morrow of Oxford; and Jonathan Mayatt of Collinsville. Ushers were Adam Mayatt of Collinsville and Chris Hilbun of Lucedale.

Henry Dawkins of Hattiesburg was ring bearer.

A reception was held at Forest County Multi-Purpose Center following the ceremony.

After a honeymoon in Orlando, Fla., the couple resides in Hattiesburg.
