Christa Marie Poteet and Charles Austin White, both of Meridian, were married on Friday, May 22, 2009, at the Church of Christ of Latter-day Saints, with the Rev. Robbie Saughter officiating.
Parents of the couple are Deborah and Frank Poteet and Kathy and Charles White.
Maid of honor was Amy Reynolds of Meridian. Also attending the bride was Summer Richie of Meridian, bridesmaid.
William Corey White served as best man. Groomsman was Jonathan White of Meridian.
The bride is a graduate of Mississippi University for Women.
The bridegroom attended Mississippi State University in Starkville.
