Laurie Atwood of Klondike and Eric Dear of the Fellowship Community were married on Saturday, Aug. 16, 2008, at ClarkCo State Park.
Parents of the couple are Jim Atwood of Klondike and the late Shelley Atwood and Al and Becky Dear of Fellowship.
Grandparents of the bride are James Atwood of Ellisville and the late Elenoar Atwood and Forest Grimes of Sulfur, La.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Lurlene Collins of Stonewall and the late Arvil Collins and the late Albert and Tommie Dear of Fellowship.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Eric Smith.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Matron of honor was Rebecca Smith of Meridian. Other attendants were Jennifer Stewart of Decatur and Kellie Smith of Meridian.
Callie Jenkins, daughter of the bride, was flower girl.
Alan Dear of Fellowship was best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Dusty Simmons of Dalewood and Robbie Stockton of Dalewood.
A reception was held at the Pavilion One at ClarkCo State Park immediately following the ceremony.
Assisting at the reception were Beth Gavin, Denise Pope and Connie Gordon.
The couple resides in the Fellowship Community of Hickory.
