• 6 p.m.— Quitman's Little Opry will meet at the VFW/Multi Purpose Building 99, Westwood Ave. in Quitman. Line dancing will begin at 6 p.m., and the open mic will begin at 7 p.m. Please bring a finger food dish to share. A door donation of $2 will go to benefit the Quitman Volunteer Fire Department. NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Connection is open to adults living with mental illness. The group is designed for  people to learn from each other's experiences, share coping strategies and offer each other encouragement and understanding.  NAMI Connection is confidential and free of charge.
