• Registration is under way for 6-week pottery classes at Pottery Paws Studio and Gallery.  Classes are 2-hours once a week and are instructed by Bebe Gianakos.  Call 601-485-2111 for more information or to sign-up.

• 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.—Workforce Training opportunities through Meridian Community College is hold Lean Manufacturing Seminars at the College. Each seminar is for business professionals to learn the basic concepts of Lean Manufacturing, how it applies to any business and what it can do for a business. • 3:30 p.m.— Trinity Dyslexia Center is accepting new students. This is an after-school tutorial program for students with dyslexia or other reading disorders. Students attend three one-hour sessions each week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday during the school year. The program uses multi-sensory software. Classes meet at Trinity Presbyterian Church. • 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.—Free "Back on Track Parenting" Classes will be meeting each week at the Weems Division of Children and Youth Services. Open to all. For more information call Heather Stinson at 604-482-7377.
