JACKSON (AP) — A California woman wanted in at least three other states has been arraigned in federal court in Mississippi for allegedly trying to use a stolen credit card at two businesses in the Jackson area.
Crystal Burks pleaded not guilty Thursday in U.S. District Court in Jackson.
Court records said the Oakland, Calif., woman also goes by the names Crystal Singh and Crystal Burks Singh.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Dave Fulcher told the court there are warrants for Burks in California, Colorado and Idaho. He did not say what they are for.
