Tenn. man to plead guilty to bank

GREENVILLE, Miss. — Federal court records indicate a Tennessee man will plead guilty to robbing a Mississippi bank.

Jasper Michael Wagner of Chattanooga, Tenn., is charged with robbing the Sun Trust Bank in a grocery store in Horn Lake, Miss. Court records say he robbed the bank of $2,749 in December 2010. He was indicted last May. He pleaded not guilty in November.

A change of plea hearing is scheduled for Oct. 9 in U.S. District Court in Oxford.
