Man arrested in accident that killed 1

HERNANDO, Miss. —  

An Olive Branch man is being held without bond on a DUI charge following a fatal accident in DeSoto County that killed a Hernando man

The Commercial Appeal reports that the Nov. 3 accident killed Timothy Brigman, a 37-year-old nurse at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto, and injured Brigman's 6-year-old son.

Charged was 27-year-old Robert Shawn Hunt., who remains in custody at the DeSoto County Jail after being arrested at his home Wednesday night.
