PASCAGOULA, Miss. — A Pascagoula man accused in the shooting death of one of two brothers shot Sunday is being held without bond pending a Jan. 30 preliminary hearing.
The Sun Herald reports Judge Michael Fondren denied bond for Adrian Orville Moore accused in the death of 51-year-old Hardy Parker Jr. The hearing was held Tuesday.
Witnesses told police that Moore shot Parker and his brother 46-year-old Alfred Durden Jr. The younger brother is in stable condition at Singing River Hospital.
A motive for the shooting remains under investigation.
