6 indicted in Biloxi insurance fraud case

BILOXI, Miss. — Six Biloxi residents have been indicted on charges alleging they filed fraudulent insurance claims from traffic accidents in Biloxi.

The Sun Herald reports those arrested include Keshia Diane Sanders, Kenneth Darryl Anderson, Timothy Markris Jones, Krystal Latriece Williams, Rosheena Satoria Morrisette and Johnny Lee Lewis.

They were each indicted on insurance fraud, conspiracy to commit insurance fraud and wire fraud, punishable by up to 13 years in prison.

Attorney General Jim Hood says the case alleges all six filed fraudulent medical and injury claims of about $40,000 with Victoria Fire & Casualty Co. through Nationwide Insurance from two traffic accidents.

All six are being held without bond at the Harrison County jail.

It was unclear whether the suspects have attorneys.
