Graveside services for Laverne Ball will be held today at 11. a.m. at Magnolia Cemetery. Barham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Ball, 82, of Bailey, died Tuesday, June 10, 2008, at the Speciality Hospital of Meridian. She was a member of 15th Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Jim Kuykendall and his wife, Linda, of Meridian; a daughter, Sharon K. Faulkner of Atlanta; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Clara Molpus; her husbands, James A. Kuykendall and Bobby Cochran Ball.
