Services for Carrol Calvin “C.C.” Thomason will be held Saturday, at 11 a.m., at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Newton with Bro. Steve Robinson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Newton County Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Thomason, 79, of Newton, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday.
