Ouida Blanche Seale Lee

MERIDIAN —

    MERIDIAN — Services for Ouida Blanche Seale Lee will be held Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Ed Tatum and Charles Overby officiating. Burial will be in Enterprise Cemetery, Enterprise, Miss., with Stephens Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

    Mrs. Lee, 86, of Meridian, passed away peacefully on Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at Queen City Nursing Center. Ouida thought of others before herself and volunteered with Meals on Wheels in Enterprise. She resided for many years in Gulfport, Miss., and Enterprise, Miss.

    Survivors include nephew, Douglas Seale of Cottonwood, Ala.; nieces Donna Seale Stroud of Simpsonville, S.C., Laurel Robbins of Morganton, N.C., and Linda G. Seale of Houston, Texas; sisters-in-laws, Jeanette Lee Walker and Joyce Seale of Meridian, and Macie Seale Leitch of York, Ala. Ouida is survived by many very special and dear cousins and family members that meant the world to her.  They gave her years of joy and happiness and also so much of their time and love over the years.

    She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. “Bill” Lee; brothers, W. L. Seale, Jr., Robert L. Seale and Walter Ray Seale; sister-in-law, Bonnie Rigdon Seale; and parents, W. L. Seale, Sr. and Merle McElroy Seale.

    Ouida will be remembered for her loving and caring ways, the twinkle in her eyes, her infectious smile and laughter and that wonderful memory of hers!  She will be dearly missed by all and leaves a lifetime of memories that will never be forgotten.

    The family wishes to thank the staff of Queen City Nursing Center and Southern Care for their loving care of our precious one.

    Visitation will be held Tuesday, from 12 to 2 p.m., prior to the service at Stephens Funeral Home.
