PHILADELPHIA – Services for James Billy will be held today, at 10 a.m., at St. Therese Catholic Church with Father Bob Goodyear officiating. Burial will be in the Pearl River Community Cemetery with John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Billy, 82, died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012, at his home.
