Services for Billie Jo Powers Culpepper will be held today, at 11 a.m., at Pine Grove Church in the Martin community. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Culpepper, of the Martin community, died Tuesday, Jan.1 5, 2013.
