MERIDIAN —
Graveside services for Martina F. White will be held Saturday, at 11 a.m., at Magnolia Cemetery with Rev. G. Mitchell McDonald officiating. Stephens Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. White, 95, of Meridian, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at Rush Foundation Hospital. She was a homemaker who will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed her children and grandchildren. She will also be remembered for her enjoyment of gardening and her cooking skills.
Survivors include her son, Marty White; grandchildren: Paul White, Mark White and wife Angie, and Catherine White; daughter-in-law, Janet White; and great-grandchild, Wilkins White.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mart and Grace Fairchild; husband, Howell "Billy" White; son, Howell E. White Jr.; and sister, Elizabeth Fairchild.
Visitation will be Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., at the funeral home.
