Linda Campbell



BUTLER, Ala. — Services for Linda L. Campbell will be held today at 3 p.m. at Bumper’s Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Carl Sudduth and Father Richard Losch officiating. Burial will be in Campbell-Derby Cemetery.

Mrs. Campbell, 59, of Bellamy, Ala., died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2007 at her home. She was employed as an art teacher at Patrician Academy.

Survivors include her husband, R.M. “Greg” Campbell of Bellamy; son, Hunter M. Campbell of Auburn, Ala.; sister, Cecilia Moore of Windfield, Ala.; and mother, Myrtle Newman of Fayette, Ala.

She was preceded in death by her father, Leon Wallace.

Visitation will be today from 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. at the funeral home.



James Ward



Services for James M. Ward will be held Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Gilbert Eaves officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Mr. Ward, 75, of Meridian, died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2007, in Meridian. He was retired from the state highway department and he was also a member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Glenda Lee and her husband, Bo, of Meridian; grandchildren, Jessica, Alyssa, and Jenna; brother, Leroy Ward and his wife, Delores, of Meridian; sisters, Ethel Griffith of Monroe, La. and Mae Norwood and her husband, Charles, of Eight Mile, Ala.; several nieces and nephews; and close friend, Shane Reeves of Morton.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary V. Ward; parents, George and Emily Ward; brothers, Wiley Ward, Cecil Ward, Clarence Ward, Lonnie Ward, Charles Ward and Henry Ward; sisters, Florence Griffith, Edna Taylor and Maggie Ward.

Pall bearers will be Davey Holloman, Jeremy Bunyard, James T. Feeley Jr. and Sonny Parker.

Visitation will be today from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the funeral home.



Steven Gault



Arrangements were incomplete at Barham Funeral Home for Steven D. Gault, 44, who died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2007, at Cedars Sinar Medical Center in Los Angeles. He was owner and operator of a tanning salon.
