MERIDIAN —
Services for Cola Eugene Moody will be held Saturday, at 11 a.m., at Bumpers Funeral Home of York Chapel with Rev. Lewis May officiating. Burial will be in Cokes Chapel Cemetery in Ward with Bumpers Funeral Home of York in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Moody, 98, of Ward, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, at Infinity Hospice in Marion, Miss.
Survivors include daughter, Gloria Jean Allen May and her husband Lewis D. May of Meridian, Miss.; four grandchildren: Tommy Allen, Brian Allen, Michael Allen, and Lynn Kegler; nine great-grandchildren; and, three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nora Agnes Moody.
Pallbearers will be Brian Allen, Michael Allen, Wesley Allen, Bobby Dale Ezell, Marvin Moody, and Hal Shaw.
Honorary pallbearers are Joe Moody, Jimmy Powell, Bill Moody, Charles Roberts, and Tommy Allen.
