Ms. Cook, 52, of Meridian, died Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at Infinity Hospice. She was born April 29, 1960.
Survivors are her two sisters, Gail Young and Diane Trammell; one brother-in-law, Tim Trammell; three nephews, Randy Johnson Jr., Jamie Johnson and Blake Trammell, all of Meridian; three nieces, Nichole Devita, Ashley Young and Rachel Young, all of Florida; several great nieces and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Cook, mother Geraldine Smith and one great niece Abigail Johnson.
