Arrangements are incomplete for Dwala Hand Wayne, 69, of Houston, Texas, who died on Saturday, September 15, 2012.
Dwala graduated from East Mississippi Junior College in 1963 and from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1965. She later entered the United States Air Force where she met and married Robert Wayne. After retiring, they made their home in Houston, Texas.
She is survived by her mother, Lorhee Vincent Hand, of Collinsville and brother, Dwight Hand, of Montana.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wayne; and father, Elmo Hand.
Private services will be held at a later date.
