Lovie Moore

MERIDIAN —



    Services for Lovie Moore will be held Saturday, at 2 p.m., at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Josh McCrary officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery with Barham Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

    Mrs. Moore, 91, of Middleburg, Fla., formerly of Meridian, died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, in Orange Park, Fla. She retired from NAS Meridian in 1986 as manager of the Tailor Shop. She was also a member of Grandview Church of Christ Meridian and First Christian Church of Orange Park, Fla.

    Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Betty Ann (Frank) Brough of Middleburg, Fla.; sister, Velma Fleming of Meridian; brother, Arthur Sharpe of Philadelphia; and, several nieces and nephews.

    She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Moore; and granddaughter, Tara Brough-Brick.

    Pallbearers will be Jim Young, Chuck Dooley, Kenneth Posey, Lewis Posey, Art Sharpe and TerryWilliams.

    Visitation will be today, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
