MERIDIAN —
Services for Maria Brown will be held Saturday, at 11 a.m., at Savannah Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Darious Edmonson officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery with Berry and Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Brown, 93, of Meridian, died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012, at Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include her husband, Bennie F. Brown; four children: Marshall (Evelyn) Brown, Doris Brown, Clara Thomas, and Eleanor (Joseph) Williams; five grandchildren: Yolanda (Terrence) Brown Davis, Mare' Brown, Joell Williams, Jaffa Williams, and Jarman Williams; one brother, Marcellious McMillian; in-laws: Louis Brown, Linda Brown, and J. D. Brown; and, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be today, from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the funeral home.
