Sue Hopper Murphy

WIGGINS —    Services for Sue Hopper Murphy will be held Saturday, at 10 a.m., at Moore Funeral Home. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Wiggins, with Moore Funeral Service of Wiggins in charge of arrangements.

    Mrs. Murphy, 70, of Wiggins, died Monday, Nov. 19, 2012 in Wiggins. She was a member of the American College of Health Care Professionals, a graduate from University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor of science in nursing; earned a master’s degree from Central Michigan in hospital administration, and also a graduate of Mattie Hersey School of Nursing in Meridian.

     Survivors include her husband, Don Murphy of Wiggins; two daughters: Carrie Ann Randazzo (Michael) of Brooksville, and Margaret Casiday (Tim Jr.) of Carrollton; brother, Russell Lott (Jean) of Gulfport; two sisters: Carolyn Ofcansky of Wiggins, and Gayle Ladner (Kirk) of Bond; and, four grandchildren: John Michael Randazzo, Christopher Randazzo, Morgan Casiday and Mason Casiday.

    She was preceded in death by her parents, J.B. and Carrie Lott; and brother, Bobby Lott.

    In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to the: Alzheimer’s Association, P.O. Box 96011 Washington, DC  20090-6011.

    Visitation will be Friday, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the funeral home.
