PHILADELPHIA —     Services for Peggy Holland Russell will be held Thursday, at 10:30 a.m., at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. Bill Harbour officiating. Burial will be in Cedarlawn Cemetery with John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services in charge of arrangements.

    Mrs. Russell, 84, died Monday, July 30, 2012, at Neshoba County Nursing Home.

    Visitation will be Thursday, one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
