Newton— Milton (Red) Cross Thornton, 85 of Decatur, died Friday, July 27, 2012 at Specialty Hospital in Meridian.
Funeral services will be 11 AM , Monday, July 30, 2012 at Clarke-Venable Baptist Church in Decatur with Bro. Mark Vincent officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at Clarke Venable Baptist Church prior to the service. Internment will follow in Newton County Memorial Gardens in Newton. Newton County Funeral Home North, Newton is in charge of arrangements.
