MERIDIAN —
Services for Booker T. Fairley will be held Friday, at 1 p.m., at New Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Bennie Hopkins officiating. Additional services will be held Saturday, at 12 noon, at Amanda Chapel Baptist Church, 649 Melton Hatten Road, Wiggins. Burial will be in Fairley Cemetery in Wiggins with Clark’s Memorial Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Fairley, 64, of Meridian, died Saturday, June 2, 2012, at Veteran’s Memorial Hospital in Jackson. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Visitation will be today, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the funeral home, and one hour prior to services at New Hope Baptist Church on Friday. Visitation will also be Saturday, one hour prior to services at Amanda Chapel Baptist Church.
