COPPERAS COVE, Texas —
Services for Phil M. Williams will be held Thursday, at 10 a.m., at Holy Family Catholic Church in Copperas Cove with full military honors to follow at the Copperas Cove City Cemetery. Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Copperas Cove is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Williams, 71, of Harker Heights, died Friday, August 24, 2012, in Harker Heights. He retired with the U.S. Army after 20 years of service.
