Walter Jerald Commander

MERIDIAN — REFORM, Ala. – Services for Walter Jerald “Jerry” Commander will be held Monday, at 3 p.m., at North Pickens Church of Christ with Steve Hydrick and Travis Conner officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform in charge of arrangements.

    Mr. Commander, 61, of Reform, died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Jerry was born Jan. 17, 1951, in Mississippi. He was a photographer and a member of North Pickens Church of Christ.

    Survivors include his brother, William “Bill” Commander and his wife Pam of Martinez, Ga.; and, all of his church family.

    Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.
