Melissa Ann Pender

MERIDIAN —

    QUITMAN - Graveside services for Melissa Ann Pender will be Wednesday, at 10:30 a.m., at Twistwood Cemetery in Rose Hill. Wright's Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

    Miss Pender, 32, died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at Carolina’s Medical Center in Charlotte, N.C.

    Survivors include her parents, William and Cheryl Pender; sister, Jenifer Clark; and nephew, Will Clark.

    She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Maude and Hoyle Pender; and maternal grandparents, Wilton and Earnesteen Pittman.

    Pallbearers will be Jim Sims, Will Clark, Charles Pittman, Mark Kidd, Randy Kidd, John McDonald and Ken Reynolds.

    In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association or your favorite charity.

    Friends may sign online guest register at wrightsfuneral.com.

    Visitation will be today, after 6 p.m., at the funeral home.
