JACKSON, Miss. — Seven state troopers disciplined for accessing or sharing questions on a promotions test have been reinstated to their old positions with their old pay.
The Clarion-Ledger reports the development follows a lawsuit filed in February in U.S. District Court in Mississippi's version of Troopergate.
Allegations of cheating followed the promotion tests for master sergeant, lieutenant and captain positions given in August 2011. Department of
