FULTON, Miss. (AP) — Pull them up, or face a fine.
The town of Fulton has joined the growing list of Mississippi municipalities that are tightening the belt on baggy pants.
WCBI-TV reports that Fulton aldermen Tuesday night passed an ordinance that requires pants or skirts to be worn more than three inches below the top of the hip.
Beginning immediately, the first violation is a warning. The second will cost you 50 dollars, while repeat offenders could face even steeper fines.
