The lone surviving wreck victim from Thursday afternoon's crash on Hwy. 45 South that claimed the lives of two people is still listed in critical condition at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian.

Larry Palmer, 21, of Meridian, and Jessie Davis, 23, of Stonewall, died of their injuries Thursday evening at area hospitals.

Palmer, Davis and the third person whose name is not being released as yet were riding in a Ford mini-van when it collided with a northbound 18-wheeler at Mitchum Bottom Road and Hwy. 45 South.
