• Christopher Cody Fuller, 21, and Whitney Lain McAlister, 23
• Adam Carroll Foshee, 27, and Ladraia Faye Morgan, 25
• Kyle Robert Wiggins, 20, and Brittany Leigh Boles, 18
• Benjamin Fred Barnes Jr., 26, and Emily Lyn Howard, 22

Applicants seeking a marriage license must first obtain a blood test and file for the license within 30 days of the blood test. Applicants also must produce a form of identification, parental consent if under age 21 and $22 before a marriage license will be issued. Licenses issued in Mississippi can only be used in Mississippi.
