Two people were transported Monday afternoon after they were involved in a three-car traffic accident at the intersection of Hwy. 39 North and North Hills Street. Officials said no one was seriously injured but the intersection was partially blocked for about 45 minutes while the vehicles were cleared. The accident occurred at about 3:15 p.m.
