Three graduate Air National Guard basic training

Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas announced three local men have graduated from the Air National Guard's basic training cycle.

The three airmen are, Joseph C. Boswell Jr., Joshua O. Crane and Aubrey R. Pogue.

All three airmen graduated recently from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

The airmen completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Boswell is the son of Joe and Julie Boswell of Big Oak Drive, Meridian.

He is a 2007 graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School.

Crane is the son of Tracy Buckalew of Skyland Drive, Meridian.

Crane is a 2008 graduate of Calvary Christian School.

Pogue is the son of Glenn and Melissa Pogue of Highway 495.

He is a 2009 graduate of West Lauderdale High School.
