MERIDIAN — The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) and the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians (MBCI) announced Tuesday that the groundbreaking ceremony for the Choctaw Regional Maintenance Facility scheduled today has been cancelled.
