MERIDIAN —
In Antonio Stinner's devotional, "Keep His Hand on You: a Study of Lamentations," he reminds readers that though it's best to live in a close walk with God, He will sometimes remove his protection to get your attention. He will bring you to your lowest so that you can find your way back to Him.
But this devotional can show you that despite what you may or may not do in your life, God loves you. Even though you may forget about Him, He'll give you an opportunity to make things right with Him.
Through education, information, and inspiration, Antonio Stinner uses the book of Lamentations to show Christians that keeping God first in your life, regardless of how high or low you get, will remind you that He is always there, even when He puts you through storms.
A resident of Union City, Ga., Stinner will be signing copies of his book at the Bible Bookstore, 820 23rd Ave. in Meridian on Saturday, March 9, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
