MERIDIAN —
Meridian Police Department detectives are investigating a shooting that occurred last night near Highway Village Apartment Complex.
Officials say two people were sent to a Meridian hospital emergency room suffering from gunshot wounds. Their conditions were unknown at press time.
No arrests have been made yet and the investigation is ongoing.
