Ambulance Fire

MERIDIAN — This ambulance with Northstar EMS in York, Alabama caught fire Wednesday morning

and was completely destroyed. The ambulance caught fire while transporting a patient and their spouse to a Meridian hospital for treatment. The ambulance driver, an EMT, a patient and the patient's spouse were able to flee the vehicle without any injuries.
