MERIDIAN — City workers clear an alley of kudzu behind the old car wash next to Poplar Springs Drive on Monday. Mayor Cheri Barry said the alley where the work is being done belongs to the city and they were responding to complaints from a neighbor who said the kudzu was growing close to their property.
