My daughter and i shared a delicious lunch at Red Lobster this past weekend. Several hours later I discovered that I had left my 50 pictures of lowland gorillas at the restaurant. I called the restaurant only to discover that the photographs had probably been thrown away. My carelessness in leaving the pictures, however, did not detour General Manager Jason Street. He and his staff located the pictures in the dumpster, cleaned the soiled ones, and called me to tell me I could pick them up anytime. This type of customer service is almost beyond belief. I am most appreciative now of not only their entrees, staff service, but an unbelievable feat into the dumpster. Yes, I will continue to frequent this friendly restaurant.

Here’s my view!
I spoke at the last Meridian City Council meeting concerning pay for city employees. My intent was to inform the council that many city employees are not being paid equitable salaries. The clerk of the council and other city employees deserve to be paid a competitive salary.
