Office manager served congressman well

Your coverage of Sonny Montgomery has been marvelous. You have helped all of Meridian to continue to be pleased and proud of all of his life.

I have one little ache in my heart that I wish to express. There has been no mention of Jeanette Noe (Mrs. Harold) at any point during these last few days. For those of us who remember the tremendous asset that Jeanette was as the office manager of Sonny’s Meridian office during the 1970s, please know that her efforts and gracious work were a very meaningful force in extending Sonny’s warmth and helpful deeds to very many local and widespread Meridian natives.

I do believe that there are others who join in my feeling of thanks to Jeanette for a job well done.
