Thanks for your service

I am a daughter, a niece, a sister, a sister-in-law and a cousin of a Veteran from WWII to the most current Wars! I am the sister-in-law to Wayne Hunt the Vietnam Veteran that pulls the Flag draped "coffin" during the Veteran's Day Parade. He has pulled the Flag draped "canton" for the past 24 years in the Meridian Veteran's Day Parade.

He lost several friends during the Vietnam War and it took him years to be able to get just a little peace from what he saw in Nam!

This is a very solemn and humble way for him to remember and give respect to all Veterans in all Wars, past and present!

He would never do anything to dishonor A Veteran of any War!

And since there is no parade on Memorial Day, he chose Veteran's Day to show his love, respect and appreciation to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms which so many take for granted!

Thank you Wayne Hunt for your service to our Country!
