MERIDIAN —     I hope this letter will enlighten you on the reality of justice in the 12th District Court.

    Regardless of whether your wife and the mother of your children abandon them for the "club scene", neglects and puts them in harms way --- Even if they continuously commit adultery, live secretive deceptive lies, show no responsibility, breaks the law and incarcerated for lengthy periods of time --- if you want the PRIVILEGE of watching your children grow up in the only stable environment they may ever know, you may as well learn to live with the treacherous wench.

    No matter how good a parent you may be – no matter how "over and beyond" you may go, the preconceived misconception of "a child belongs with its mother" outweighs any and all evidence you may be able to present in a twenty minute time slot.

    Combined with the whole THREE MINUTES the District Court Judge weighed the evidence, condensed in those few minutes, you stand a more reasonable chance of watching the child or children that you LIVE for taken from you and a stable environment and put God only knows where!

    As ludicrous as this may seem, it happens time and time again. Until someone sets these preconceived MYTHS aside and looks at all the evidence, it will continue to happen again and again.

    As hard as it may be to believe, some fathers are better mothers. Sometimes the women are pigs – as in reference to promiscuous lifestyles. In this day and time, the latter seems to be true more and more often.

    This is somewhat due to the precedence set down by the courts basing decisions on MYTHS. So, -- who are the real victims here? The fathers? I think not… it’s the children who suffer! Maybe there is a reason JUSTICE is blind, -- So SHE doesn’t have to see its repercussions!

    Slogan of 2009: Parents do you know where your children are?

    It should be: Children do you know where your parents are?

    Some parents, courts, judges, attorneys, DH&A, and "the system" which have to protect the ‘right of the guilty’ have left our children unprotected. No wonder we have confused mixed up children.

    May God help our children.
